I was looking to get out of an Explorer I purchased from a different dealer back in April. I worked with Ron Reed to trade in my Explorer for a new F-150. Ron was patient and understanding when I listed off exactly what I was looking for and expressed that I didn’t want to make a hasty decision like I did at the previous dealership. Ron and his team worked diligently to offer an amazing trade in value for my car and provide a great deal on my new F-150. I most certainly don’t plan on being in the car market again anytime soon but I will definitely do business with Ron and Warrensburg Ford again when the time comes.

I am from out of town and played golf in Warrensburg today! When I got done I had a flat tire! My vehicle was towed to Warrensburg Ford! Of course they did not know me but I was treated like I was a lifelong customer! Everyone was very friendly and although they were busy got my tire fixed a lot quicker than I expected! The charges were very reasonable and I was able to get on the road with minimal delay! I really appreciate how I was treated at Warrensburg Ford!

Warrensburg Ford arranged to pickup my car at work and bring it back to my work after the service. The service on my car was done timely and well. I was also texted during the whole process so I knew what was going on! It was a professionally handled appointment. Thank you for everything!!!!

Had the absolute best experience here with our salesman and the finance manager! Our salesman was Ron Reed and he was absolutely amazing!! I feel like dealerships can tend to get a bad wrap due to a few that try to oversell you, etc but not this one! Fully transparent, efficient and all around great humans to work with. I will tell everyone about Warrensburg Ford!

I had a great experience with Ford’s auto shop. They picked my vehicle up from work, put on all new tires and brakes, and returned it back before the end of the day. The customer service with Matt Johnson was fabulous and he communicated with me every step of the way!
